Vacations

1. Lodging: Do not pile on your friends and relatives when you go on vacation. The only exception to this rule is when your friends and relatives invite you to visit them on their own.

2. Lodging: Ideally, you should rent a hotel room and visit your friends and families at a time convenient to them.

3. Meals: If you do end up staying at your friend or relative's home, be sure not to impose on them as regards your meals.

4. Protocol: If you stay with your friends and relatives, be sure to empty out the trash cans in your guest room and bathroom before you leave.

5. Using cars: If you borrow somebody's car, be polite and top off the gas tank. It does not matter how many miles you traveled in that car!

6. Using supplies: Do not ask for hot water at fast food places and take your own tea bag and use their supplies. You can afford to buy a cup of tea!

7. Clubs: If you happen to have membership to hotel or airline clubs, do not embarrass yourself by dining on the comfort food. Comfort food in the lounges is only meant for you to snack on.
