Schooling

1. Public/Private Schools: It is just fine to send your children to public schools. Do not get into argument whether private schools are better than public schools or vice a versa.

2. Private Schools: If you do send your children to private schools, be prepared to participate in annual giving. It is part and parcel of private school.

3. Comparing your kids: Your children will do well in life. Do not think that your children are in competition with those of your friends and families.

4. Privacy: It is not good to ask SAT/ACT scores, GPA or where somebody has applied for college admission. College selection is usually known after May 1st every year. Just be patient.

5. Accomplishments: Always appreciate accomplishments of children of your friends and families.

6. Privacy: Would you like somebody ask you how much is your income? Obviously not. In the same way you should respect privacy of school going children. Do not put them on the spot by asking them their SAT/ACT/GPA scores.
